What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For pizza boxes, our MOQ starts at 2,000 pcs. For other custom food packaging solutions, the standard MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we provide free stock samples for quality checking. You only need to cover the courier shipping cost. This shipping fee is fully refundable and will be deducted from your bulk order amount.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production takes 25-35 days after we receive your deposit and confirm the final design proofs.
Can you print our logo or custom design on the boxes?
Absolutely! We offer full-color custom printing (CMYK & Pantone) to make your brand stand out. We can print on both the exterior and interior of the boxes using food-safe soy ink.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard term is 30% deposit via T/T (Bank Transfer) to start production, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment
